The Catalystâ„¢ software suite 8.10 contains the following:

* HydraVisionâ„¢ Basic Edition (Windows XP only)

* Catalystâ„¢ Control Center Version 8.8


o The Catalystâ„¢ software driver and the Catalystâ„¢ Control Center can be downloaded independently of each other. However, for maximum stability and performance AMD recommends that both components be updated from the same Catalystâ„¢ release


o The Catalystâ„¢ Control Center requires that the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 be installed. Without .NET version 2.0 installed, the Catalystâ„¢ Control Center will not launch properly and the user will see an error message.

* Catalyst Control Center Avivo Gamma control fails to function when playing a DVD using MS Windows Media Player or Cyberlink PowerDVD player. Further details can be found in topic number 737-28294
