Attribute Changer是一個Windows檔案總管的功能補強程式，只要在檔案總管中選好目標，點下右鍵，就可以很方便的進行照片、檔案、資料夾的日期修改。
- 安裝後，在Windows檔案總管中按右鍵即可呼叫程式。
- 支援32/64位元XP以上的Windows作業平台。
- 可修改檔案、資料夾的時間資訊(建立、修改、存取時間)。
- 可修改照片檔案中EXIF的時間、日期資訊。
- 本軟體完全的免費，即便是在商用環境中亦可使用。
