ADVANCED Codecs for Windows 7 and 8 (原名Windows 7 Codecs) 是由shark007發行的一套編碼解碼器免費軟體，顧名思義，本身支援Windows 7 32與64位元版本。
一般情況下，Windows系統只會內建大部份常見格式的影音解碼器，遇到例如RMVB、MOV、FLV等其他影片格式時，則需另安裝專屬播放器來播放，而Win7codecs是一款用於Windows 7的影音編碼軟體，將Win7codecs安裝完成後，即可直接使用Windows 7系統內建的Windows Media Player或其他單一影音軟體來播放各類型影音檔。
現已支援 Windows 8 囉！
- 安裝簡單便利，如果需要做細部設定，也提供有進階功能。Codec是編碼解碼器的縮寫，也就是取其英文中COder/DECoder的字頭。
- 本軟體不內建任何媒體撥放程式，也不進行檔案重新關聯的動作。
