TED Notepad 是一款專為純文字編輯設計的 Windows 輕量級編輯器。應用程式的使用者介面看起來與 Windows 記事本非常相似，但 TED Notepad 提供了許多其他功能與工具，讓你能快速、輕鬆地進行進階編輯。

TED Notepad 擁有簡潔且專注的設計、多重剪貼簿與許多實用功能，但缺點是應用程式一次只能支援單一文件，而且也沒有任何語法高亮功能。
