IcoFX是一套Icon(圖示)檔編輯器，它是一套全功能的軟體，能讓我們建立、擷取和編輯，被設計在Windows XP之後的平台上使用。
提供40多種特效，我們可以很容易的將自己喜歡的圖檔轉換為Icon檔，使用在Windows桌面、自己的網站或是部落格中。
